AutoPay & Changing Payment Methods
Reminder!
If you are set up for autopay (by not opting out in your SportMember account), your invoices will automatically process according to the schedule detailed in the emails sent by SportMember.
SportMember sends notifications when invoices are created—typically about two weeks before payment processing—and those notices indicate that your saved card will be automatically charged. An additional reminder is sent a few days prior to processing.
By maintaining an active account, you have agreed to our policies and procedures regarding payment processing within the SportMember platform.
If you need to stop payment processing due to a paused membership, injury, or other reason, you can update or delete your saved payment method by following these steps (best done on the desktop version rather than the mobile app):
- Go to Tools → Settings → Subscriptions and Payments → Membership Fee
- Select Delete Saved Credit Card
- From this section, you can also add or replace credit cards
Please note:
The Club cannot change or modify your saved payment details or preferences. These settings can only be updated by you, the account holder.
